i only recently got ahold of some of the transcript info for this. aparently the dead girl, called the shooter on her cel and asked him to come out and "bring his gat".

this illustrates the point exactly. a chld was killed the other day when his go-cart overturned (to quote the papers..."it's tire caught on a curb and pitched the cart over throwing the kid about 20 feet"). The cart came with seat belts but he wasn't wearing it.
The driver of the cart was his cousin... maybe the cousin lost control of the cart?
We're so used to being PC here in Cali that we lose the true meaning of anything. This kid belonged to a police officer. How could he not tell his kid to "click it"?
